How can I cancel my subscription?

Like most apps, trials and subscriptions to Kuddl MORE renew automatically by default.

To prevent automatic renewal, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Failing to cancel within this window might lead to charges, as the payment process may already be initiated.

The guide below will help you to cancel your subscription based on your operating system. Easy peasy! 

Cancelation Guide:

• Open the Kuddl App
• Tap on the top right on your Profile pictures to open the "Profile"
• Click the "Settings" icon in the top right corner to access your Settings Menu 
• Tap on "Manage Subscription" 
• Choose "Cancel Subscription"

Here you'll be redirected to either the Play Store or App Store and can then cancel your subscription.

Please note: If your partner purchased Kuddl MORE, you won't have direct control over cancelling the subscription. Instead, your partner will need to cancel.
