We know how good a fresh start feels! But we also know how nice it is to look back and see just how far you've come.
As of now, resetting answers to conversations or accounts overall isn't possible with Kuddl.
If you're determined to start anew, we'd advise you create a new account. Since it isn't possible to have the same email address on more than one Kuddl profile, you might need to use a different email address for this new account.
If you want to use the same email address for your new account, you’d need to delete your current account first. You can do so by:
- Opening Kuddl
- Tapping on your "Shared Profile"
- Tapping on the Settings icon at the top right of the screen
- Tapping ‘About You’, then ‘Delete account’
Please be aware that account deletion is permanent, and any deleted data cannot be recovered. Also, because Kuddl is meant for two, some of your history might be shared with your partner’s profile. This history might still be viewable after creating a new account if your partner keeps their original profile.
If you have an active Kuddl MORE subscription on your old account, you can transfer it to your new account. Simply follow the steps above to access the Settings Menu while in your new account and click 'Restore purchase'.
