My progress with my partner is gone!

Uh oh! If you're experiencing difficulties logging back into your Kuddl profile (perhaps on a new device), or if you find your profile blank with all your progress missing, you might have been operating on a guest profile. This implies that there aren't any attached login credentials to the profile, explaining the inability to log back in.



If you still have access to your original profile:


Simply follow these steps: 

  • Download Kuddl from the App Store if you have an iPhone or Play Store for Android

  • Open Kuddl and select “I already have an account” 

  • Enter your account credentials and login into your account


If you don't have access to your original profile:


Our superhero support team is here to assist! Please send us an email at help@kuddl.com and provide:

  • The Kuddl ID of your partner, which is paired with your original account.

  • An email address you wish to link to your profile, that hasn't been linked with another account.

  • Your prior Kuddl ID (if possible).
