Force quit and restart: This prompts the app to reload its content and can often resolve minor issues.
Update Kuddl: Regularly, we enhance Kuddl’s features and performance. Ensure you have the latest version for optimal experience.
Consult our FAQs: We aim to provide a comprehensive self-help library. Your particular concern may already be addressed there.
Log out and back in: Navigate to your shared “Profile”, then "Settings" to log out. Before doing so, confirm the email linked to your Kuddl profile. Head to "Settings", then "About You" to view your registered email.
For Android Users - Clear Cache: Long-press on the Kuddl app, select "Storage," then choose "Clear Cache."
Reinstall the App: Remove Kuddl from your device and download it again from your App Store.
