How can I change the password of my Kuddl account?

Good news! You can change your password directly within the Kuddl app. However, the exact process will depend on whether you’re currently logged into your account or not.

Note: Changing your password is only possible if you created your Kuddl profile with an email address and a password. If you created your account through your Apple or Google sign-in, please use the relevant login method to access your profile.

If you’re already logged in:

• Go to your "Shared Profile"

• Click on the Settings icon, in the top-right-hand corner

• Click "About You"

• Select "Change password"

• Enter the E-Mail address of your Account and follow the instructions

Please note: We value security! Your password must contain at least 6 characters, 1 uppercase letter, and 1 number.

If you’re logged out of your account:

• From the home screen, tap "Log in" at the top of the screen

• Click "Forgot your password?"

• Enter your email address

• Check your email for a link to create a new password
