How do the Kuddl Love Bar and Sparks work?

At Kuddl, we're all about joy and connection. That's why we've created a way to making working on your relationship fun and rewarding. Say hi to the Kuddl Love Bar and Sparks!

What's the deal with the Love Bar and Sparks?

The Love Bar gives you and your partner a clear look at how much you both are connecting through the Kuddl app. As you both complete various activities, questions and quizzes, you'll both earn Love Sparks. These sparks light the fire of connection and begin to fill your Love Bar!

How do you earn Sparks? 

As we said, you'll both get Sparks by completing the tasks in your daily plan. That's why, when the Sparks fill the Love Bar, you can get a sense for how well you and your partner are connecting through Kuddl - no effort, no Sparks!

To earn the full amount of Sparks for each exercise, both of you will need to complete the exercise. Only for Lessons will you earn Sparks separately. Still, those Sparks will fill up your shared Love Bar, because every step toward educating yourself on a healthy relationship improves joy and connection between you both! 

• Lesson: Each lesson is worth 2 Sparks.

• Task, Game, Quiz, Assessment: Each task is worth 4 Sparks.

• Weekly Check-In: Reflect and earn 10 Sparks to celebrate your commitment.

What is a Buffer?

Accumulated a lot of Sparks (50+)? Great job! Extra Sparks never go to waste. They act as a protective buffer, ensuring you always have some energy in the reserve for when things get busy or tough. Just like real life.

Inactivity's Impact:

We understand life gets busy, but there's no way around it. Relationships thrive only when we take care of them. To remind you of the importance of staying active for your partner, your Love Bar will decrease by 10 Sparks every day when you're inactive. This gentle nudge is to encourage you to continue your relationship-building journey.
